A clean-out plug seals the top of a no-hub clean-out body that connects to cast-iron piping via an one-eighth bend. Piping extends down using additional bends and wyes as necessary to meet grade requirements. The entire assembly is surrounded by a minimum sixteen by sixteen inch concrete pad or asphalt topping at the finished grade.
