A ceramic floor tile finish sits over a setting bed supported by a floor slab assembly. A floor drain with an adjustable shank penetrates the floor assembly and connects to a P-trap below. A waterproof membrane is integrated into the assembly, clamped securely between the drain body and an adjustable clamping collar to maintain water tightness and provide seepage control.
