A sensor-activated lavatory plumbing assembly connects a faucet mounted on the sink basin to a remote 24V transformer and junction box. Loose key stops feed into check valves before supplying water to a temperature control valve. A solenoid valve regulates water flow to the faucet via wiring connected to the sensor and transformer. A hole cover caps any unused deck penetrations.
