The six-inch fire sprinkler main feeds into the riser assembly equipped with a hydraulic design nameplate and a butterfly valve with a tamper switch. A main drain valve and check valves control flow and drainage, while a half-inch relief valve provides overpressure protection. A flow switch connects to the alarm system and panel, paired with a ten-inch electric bell wired by the electrical contractor. A fire department connection ties into the system through a check valve, and a spare heads cabinet is provided nearby.
