The assembly provides both filtered and unfiltered water supply lines to a combi-oven using half-inch piping. The unfiltered line includes a constant pressure spill-resistant anti-siphon vacuum breaker, equivalent to a Watts LF008PCQT, with integral shutoff valves and a quarter-turn angle stop with escutcheon. The filtered water line incorporates a Watts model LF9D dual check backflow preventer with an atmospheric vent, which includes a half-inch pet cock pipe routed to a receptor. Unions are provided at the filter connection, which is supplied by the food service equipment contractor, and sufficient clearance must be maintained for cartridge removal. All filters and valves must be located in an accessible area coordinated with the food service equipment contractor, and the backflow preventer drain must be routed via an air gap fitting to the nearest floor receptor.
