A floor cover and cleanout plug sit flush within a cleanout box embedded in the floor slab. A cast iron no-hub coupling, speedy seal, or Fernco coupling connects the cleanout housing to the vertical drop. The drop transitions through a wye fitting to the underground drain piping.
