A roof condensate drain assembly penetrates a concrete roof slab with a typical roofing system. The drain body is supported by a Z-550 model or equal with an extension ring, drain body anchors, and a support sleeve. An air gap separates the incoming air conditioning condensate drain from the condensate receiver equipped with a riser clamping ring. A plumbing vent with roof flashing penetrates the slab through a core-drilled hole or sleeve sealed with caulk. The exposed drain body and all horizontal portions of the piping leading to the sanitary drain system are fully insulated.
