A cleanout and access cover sits flush with the top of the floor line above a cast iron waste line. The vertical riser connects through an eighth cast iron bend and variable-length cast iron waste line segment to a horizontal waste line branch. An eighth bend is included at the end of the line where the cleanout occurs.
