The floor clean-out features a clean-out and access cover set flush with the floor line above an eighth bend fitting, with the balance of piping matching the clean-out to grade. The clean-out to grade assembly includes a brass clean-out plug with a countersunk head at finish grade, installed over a six-inch concrete pad that is trowel smoothed and edged. An eighth bend connects the clean-out to a waste line of length to suit, with an additional eighth bend applied if the clean-out occurs at the end of the line.
