Discharge from the sprinkler main drain runs into a collector funnel with a reducer, maintaining a minimum air gap of two times the pipe diameter. The drain line routes through a P-trap to the sanitary sewer, accompanied by a floor drain and a vent pipe sized per plan. A drain sizes table specifies a four-inch gravity test drain at sixty gallons per minute and a six-inch pressure test drain at three hundred gallons per minute. Discharge must be adjusted to avoid drain line overflow, and a trap primer is required.
