An emergency shower and eyewash assembly is mounted vertically above the finished floor, anchored with a flanged base plate. The unit incorporates a vertical supply pipe feeding a shower head activated by a stay-open ball valve with a pull ring. An eyewash head assembly is positioned midway up the vertical drop, operated by a separate stay-open ball valve with a push plate. Waste piping routes down the main vertical standard to drain into the floor.
