An underground pipe penetrates a concrete wall through an enlarged opening sealed with an elastomeric link-seal assembly. Steel materials and pipe fittings located below grade are wrapped with wax tape conforming to American Water Works Association C217 standards. The assembly accommodates pipes up to 10 inches in diameter maximum through the wall.
