Domestic cold water piping rises from the water service through the floor line to a four-inch compound meter furnished by the city and installed by the plumbing contractor. The assembly incorporates six-inch and four-inch domestic cold water lines, a sealed bypass line, a pressure gauge, a smooth end sampling faucet, and a six-inch blind flange on the terminal end.
