A PVC outer pipe is installed around a smaller inner waste or storm piping to create a double piping assembly. The inner pipe is centered within the outer sleeve with a two-inch clearance space to allow for proper deflection. This double piping configuration is restricted to specific instances where routing through underground grade beams and within the angle of repose is unavoidable. Pipe sizes are determined per the project plans or riser diagrams.
NOTES: 1. SEE PLANS OR RISER FOR PIPE SIZES. 2. DOUBLE PIPING TO ONLY BE USED IN CERTAIN INSTANCES, WHEN ROUTING OF PIPING THROUGH UNDERGROUND GRADE BEAMS AND IN THE ANGLE OF REPOSE IS UNAVOIDABLE. 3. INSTALL PIPE WITH 2" OF SPACING AROUND INSIDE SLEEVED PIPE FOR PROPER DEFLECTION. 2" SPACE FOR DEFLECTION PVC PIPING INSTALLED AROUND WASTE OR STORM PIPING
