A three-quarter-inch condensate drain line drops down the wall from the ceiling to connect into a lavatory or sink fixture. The connection utilizes a seven-eighth-inch rubber hose secured with clamps on both ends, transitioning into a one-and-a-half-inch branched tailpiece. A chrome-plated escutcheon finishes the wall penetration for the condensate line. The waste assembly is completed with a one-and-a-half-inch tailpiece and a standard one-and-a-half-inch P-trap. Cleanouts are provided on all condensate lines in accordance with the 2016 California Plumbing Code Chapter 8, Section 814.3.1.
