A finished floor cleanout tee connects to a vertical riser pipe that may extend as a waste or vent line. A cleanout plug seals the access port, which is concealed behind a stainless steel access cover secured with vandal-proof countersunk screws. The riser extends down through the floor slab and connects to horizontal piping via a forty-five-degree wye fitting with a plug at the end of the line.
