A tempered mixing valve blends 140 degree Fahrenheit domestic hot water with domestic cold water supply to deliver tempered water to plumbing fixtures. The assembly includes a one and one-half inch domestic hot water line and a one and one-half inch domestic cold water line connected to the mixing valve. Tagged equipment numbers 601-L6-TMV-01 and 601-L10-TMV-01 designate the valve for level six and level ten pressure zones respectively. Water supply fixture units are indicated as forty-five for the level six zone and thirty-eight for the level ten zone.
