The domestic water supply line enters through the building wall and transitions vertically above the finished grade and concrete footing. A ball valve provides building shut-off capability followed by a union and a pressure regulator equipped with an integral strainer and an additional union. The piping extends outward to a hose bibb featuring a vacuum breaker and a loose key handle, positioned a maximum of sixteen inches above finished grade.
