A two-way cleanout fitting connects to cast iron or PVC underground piping beneath the building slab and finished grade. The top of the cleanout sits flush with the finished floor inside the building and matches the finished exterior grade outside with a nine-inch clear perimeter. A vertical clearance of six inches is maintained below the finished grade elevation, with overall depth adjusted as required by site conditions. Flexible couplings join the piping segments throughout the cleanout assembly.
