The medium pressure gas line enters through an isolation valve followed by a three-inch minimum dirt leg. A pressure reducing valve is installed with a Pete's plug and typical unions where un-flanged. A flexible appliance connector ties the vertical drop into the HVAC boiler inlet. Exterior penetrations and wall vents to the exterior wall are provided by others.
