The assembly consists of a cleanout tee connected to the pipe as indicated on plans, fitted with a threaded cleanout plug and a taper-thread bronze plug. A stainless steel access cover plate with a countersunk securing screw finishes flush with the finished wall surface. The anchor screw is 3-1/2 inches long, and access cover sizes vary based on pipe size according to the accompanying schedule.
