An inline recirculation pump assembly connects to the domestic hot water return system and cold water supply piping. The pump motor and body are supported from the adjacent wall or floor as required. Union type connections are installed to allow the pump to be removed easily for service. Ball valves and check valves are placed around the pump, with a memory stop valve utilized when no other balancing valves are present in the hot water return system. Gauge cocks and a pressure gauge are piped across the assembly for system monitoring.
