A fire-rated assembly accommodates multiple pipe penetrations passing through a floor or wall assembly. Penetrating pipes are bundled within a sleeve indicated by callout 1A and sealed with firestop material indicated by callout 1B at the perimeter. The sectional view provides layout geometry for multi-service utility penetrations requiring fire resistance ratings.
