A utility pipe penetrates a shotcrete wall through a rigidly attached pipe sleeve embedded with non-shrink grout. A modular compression seal fits within the annular space between the pipe and the sleeve. A waterstop is positioned around the pipe on the interior side, sealed with a two-component polyurethane liquid-applied sealant. The exterior side of the wall features a pre-applied sheet waterproofing membrane backed by a drainage board and soil retention system, with seam tape securing the membrane joints.
