A thermostatic mixing valve is housed inside a white enamel cabinet. The assembly connects to three-quarter-inch cold water and hot water lines, with the hot water lines featuring pipe insulation. Line-size typical ball valves are installed on the supply lines for isolation. A three-inch diameter dial thermometer monitors the mixed water temperature.
