This assembly consists of a steel column centered on a base plate of thickness 't' with four anchor bolt holes of diameter 'D'. The column is secured to the base plate with a complete joint penetration weld. A one-inch diameter weep hole is provided within the column footprint on the base plate. The layout is defined by variable dimensions 'A' and 'B' relative to the centerlines of the pipe bent.
