A concrete sluiceway features a fiberglass reinforced plastic liner and a three-inch grout base with a centerline elevation of thirty point five zero. A tuning fork stilling well with top and bottom open is fabricated from 1/4 inch by 2 inch by 2 inch 316L stainless steel angles welded to the stilling well and attached to the walls with 3/8 inch stainless steel chemical anchors in two typical places. A four-inch number three pipe penetration is positioned centrally with field-determined dimensions.
