A piping schematic and valve arrangement for a heating or cooling coil incorporates a 3-way modulating control valve alongside a calibrated balancing valve and a strainer for flow regulation and debris protection. Isolation valves and pressure-temperature test plugs are positioned to facilitate maintenance and system diagnostics. A three-quarter-inch ball valve with a hose thread drain connection and an air vent at the high point are included to manage drainage and air purging.
