An equipment support leg or rail sits upon a base plate fastened to a restrained vibration isolator. The isolator mounts securely to the equipment support base and rail above a roof curb assembly. Base flashing and cap flashing protect the insulated roof structure, supplemented by counter flashing. The entire assembly integrates with the roof structure sized per architectural plans.
