An exterior cleanout connects to an underground pipe with a sizing matching the pipe diameter. The cleanout features a cover secured with tamperproof screws flush with the top surface. The entire assembly is embedded in an eighteen inch square concrete pad having a thickness of six inches. The top of the concrete pad aligns flush with the surrounding finished grade or paving.
