About this detail

The fully recessed cabinet unit heater mounts flush with the ceiling, featuring an internal filter, heating coil, and fan assembly drawing supply air through an inlet and discharging through an outlet. Hot water supply and return piping are sized per plan and connect to packaged isolation valves, strainers, automatic flow-limiting valves, pressure-temperature ports, and manual air vents. Threaded steel connections require dielectric unions, and seismic restraint cables secure the unit overhead. A high point vent is provided as specified, with control valve piping arrangements coordinated per mechanical drawings.
