A diffuser or grille connects to a flexible duct within a suspended ceiling system. A standard T-bar ceiling grid supports the diffuser unit. A flexible duct connection not to exceed five feet in length attaches to the side of the plenum. The interior of the duct box is lined with a one-inch acoustical insulation liner. The overall vertical dimension is specified as the duct diameter plus two inches.
