Ceiling hung equipment is suspended by vertical support rods equipped with rod stiffeners as required by structural specifications. Transverse and longitudinal cable braces extend from the suspended unit to the overhead structure at angles between 30 and 90 degrees. Cable brace assemblies connect to the braced components and the building structure using standard hardware details. Plan views illustrate the four-way cable bracing layout and support member positioning around the equipment unit.
