Four seismic wire rope cables provide four-way sway bracing for ceiling hung equipment, anchored at forty-five-degree typical angles in plan view. Vertical support rods suspend the equipment unit from the building structure. The seismic cables attach to the equipment support members at each of the four corners. The installation angle of the bracing cables ranges between thirty and ninety degrees per engineering tables.
