Mechanical equipment rests on a concrete pad extending eight inches beyond the equipment on all sides and standing four inches thick unless noted otherwise. The pad contains number four reinforcing bars spaced at twelve inches on center in both directions. The assembly is anchored to the structural slab using three-quarter inch diameter by six-inch anchor bolts embedded at four-foot centers in both directions.
