The rooftop mounted equipment rests upon a four-inch by ten-inch wood nailer leveling curb. The unit base is secured with bolts passing through the base, or alternatively bolted to a spring isolator which is lagged to the curb. A metal cap flashing covers the top of the curb, protected by a Flintlastic modified bitumen cap sheet. The basis of design is a Greenheck unit.
