A concrete slab rests over a layer of twenty mil Drago Wrap soil gas barrier or an engineer-approved alternative. The vapor barrier sits between two layers of twelve-ounce non-woven geotextile atop four inches of drainage rock. Seams in the vapor barrier require a minimum twelve-inch overlap and must be sealed with Drago Seal tape. A hand roller must ensure adequate contact between the tape and the membrane, and all seams require integrity testing using an NV5 smoke machine or approved alternative prior to the concrete pour. Installation temperature must remain between forty and one hundred ten degrees Fahrenheit.
