A pipe penetration passes through a concrete wall with a variable sleeve diameter sized per the structural schedule. A field bentonite membrane and bentonite target are tight-fitted against the inner pipe, supplemented by a troweled bentonite sealant around the penetration and liquid membrane. An EPDM modular water-stop link-seal is installed within the assembly alongside thorite mortar. The exterior side features a drainage panel against the bentonite membrane backed by free draining granular backfill. The interior opening is finished with a back-up rod and sealant.
