A heavy-duty access frame and cover sets flush with the top of the finished floor above a concrete slab. A polyvinyl chloride cleanout plug and ferrule connect into the vertical waste piping riser. The riser transitions via a one-eighth bend and a wye fitting to tie into the main underground waste piping network.
