A duplex pump unit mounted on a structural steel frame features multiple threaded piping connections including a six-inch vent, condensate return lines, and overflow lines directed to a sump pit. The assembly is secured to a concrete housekeeping pad using base mounting legs with five-eighths-inch diameter anchor holes in each typical location. Interconnected valving and piping assemblies link the dual Spirax Sarco pumps to the upper reservoir tank. Fluid lines are indicated with specific diameters including three-quarter-inch, one-half-inch, and one-and-one-half-inch sizes.
