Chemical treatment piping assembly for a condenser water system connecting a chemical shipping container and system controller to the cooling tower inlet. The chemical feed pump draws from the shipping container and discharges into the main line through a half-inch to one-inch steel coupling welded at a thirty to forty degree angle. A bleed valve connects to the cooling tower drain line just above the plumbing drain, while make-up water is supplied through a reduced pressure backflow preventer. A water meter and associated valves are incorporated into the line to monitor flow.
