Sensor and controller arrangement for an air handling unit managing outside air and supply air. The outside air intake includes a smoke detector and damper actuator. The assembly features heating and cooling coils, filtration sections, and a supply fan driven through a variable frequency drive communicating with external systems. Duct static pressure sensors, temperature sensors, and differential pressure sensors provide feedback loops. Air handlers are interlocked with the Melink control system on kitchen hoods to respond to varying exhaust rates and pressures.
