The assembly features a pipe passing through a below-grade exterior concrete wall, utilizing a cast iron wall pipe with an integrated retaining ring to anchor the pipe and act as a water stop set flush with both sides of the wall for new construction, or core drilled for existing construction. A mechanical sleeve seal is provided around the pipe within the opening. An escutcheon is installed on the inside finish space to cover the opening.
OUTSIDE INSIDE NOTES : BACKFILL PROVIDE ESCUTCHEON TO COVER OPENING FOR FINISHED SPACES. CORE DRILL WALL FOR EXISTING CONSTRUCTION PROVIDE MECHANICAL SLEEVE SEAL PROVIDE CAST IRON WALL PIPE WITH RETAINING RING TO ANCHOR WALL PIPE AND ACT AS A WATER STOP.
