This assembly provides a subslab vapor pressure monitoring point located within a four-inch layer of drainage rock. A twelve-inch long, one-quarter-inch diameter stainless steel screen is connected to a one-half-inch PEX barb fitting. This fitting transitions to a one-half-inch diameter PEX pipe that terminates with a one-half-inch PEX shut-off valve. The monitoring point sits below a twenty-mil Drago Wrap soil gas barrier or engineer-approved alternative, which is topped by a twelve-ounce non-woven geotextile and a concrete slab.
