Suspended piping assemblies utilize threaded hanger rods secured with a support nut and locking nut to a heavy duty clevis hanger, attaching to the overhead room structure or existing ceiling. Insulated piping includes a calcium silicate block and a sixteen gauge zinc-coated sheet steel shield at least twelve inches long, with a vapor barrier provided on chilled water and domestic cold water piping. Wall-mounted piping utilizes Unistrut bolted to existing concrete walls using expansion anchor bolts, securing the pipes with pipe clamps, bolts and nuts, calcium silicate blocks, and protective steel shields. A spring type isolator is included for installation near hot water pumps.
