A CoreBrace buckling-restrained brace connects to a steel column and base plate assembly supported by a concrete foundation. Stiffener plates are welded near side and far side as required by the manufacturer. A concrete block out is detailed adjacent to the structural steel base plate within the slab on grade. Anchor bolt and base plate information is referenced to a separate drawing.
