Boilers rest on a concrete housekeeping pad and connect to a vertical flue featuring a tee with a bottom condensate connection outlet. A one-half-inch condensate tube routes from the flue and boiler to a boiler works model JM neutralization tube with solid PVC, matching the flue manufacturer requirements. The neutralization tube discharges via piping into a funnel floor drain and sink with a minimum one-inch air gap before connecting to the waste line. Separate tubes are provided for each connection, and all piping terminates into the funnel drain with an air gap per manufacturer recommendations.
