A surface cleanout assembly is installed at the end of a sewer line terminating at finished grade. The sewer pipe transitions upward via a long radius one-eighth bend and terminates with a knockout type plug at the end of the line. In paved areas only, a two feet by two feet by four inch concrete pad surrounds the cleanout at the finished grade surface.
