A five-gallon chemical pot feeder connects to a main mechanical line using one-inch piping equipped with unions and isolation valves for maintenance isolation. A line-sized ball or butterfly valve regulates flow along the main line adjacent to the pump connection. A one-inch drain valve with a hose connection sits at the bottom of the pot feeder for system flushing and draining. The exact installation location remains determined by the water treatment contractor per project requirements.
