An exterior wall louver integrates with a fifteen millimeter mesh bird screen and a motorized or gravity backdraft damper. A damper motor is installed as applicable within the assembly. A sheet metal plenum connects behind the damper unit. The entire assembly ties into structural framing referenced on structural sheet D8 per S409 and architectural sheet A-206.
